Continental breakfast is included with your first morning’s stay. The entire property, if booked, can sleep up to 8 people. If only the front section is booked, then up to 4 people can be accommodated.

Front House – 2 Kings
Back House – 1 King and 1 Queen.

There is a common area/pergola in between the front & back houses, plus a fire-pit available for use by guests.

NB: No pets allowed.
*Late checkouts are only possible when there are no ‘follow on‘ bookings. A late check-out may then be possible and an extra fee of $85 will apply.

All guests by signing this form agree to indemnify and hold harmless HERRMANN HOUSE OWNERS from any claims resulting from the use of SERVICES TO SITES CONTAINING ADULT OR MATURE CONTENT, OR MATERIAL IN VIOLATION OF ANY AUSTRALIAN LAWS.
