Everything you need to know about Herrmann House
Is it air conditioned?
Yes the whole house is fully air conditioned.
What if we don’t need the whole house?
We only take one booking per night, so if there is only 2 or 4 of you, you will only need to pay for the front section of the house. The back section will simply remain empty to maintain your privacy.
Is Herrmann House suitable for families?
Because it is a pavilion style home, we recommend that you book only with older children to stay in the separate sections. We do have a rollup single bed for 1 small child who can stay in the room with you.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, no.
Is Herrmann House wheelchair friendly?
Unfortunately, no.
Do you have a mini bar?
No this is self catering.
Are there BBQ facilities?
Yes and we can also arrange a privately catered BBQ for you and your guests.
Can we book online?
No, you are best to call or email us to book so we can ensure a more personalised service.
Do you supply a variety of bedding?
Yes, we have doonas, lightweight blankets, throws and different pillows.
Can I access a streaming service on my TV?
Yes, we have Netflix available.
Is breakfast included?
We include a light continental breakfast for the first morning.
Do you have room service?
No but we can organise private catering prior to your stay.
What are your check-in and check-out times?
check-in 2pm
check-out 10am
* A late check-out can be arranged prior to departure for an additional fee.
What happens if we can’t check-in until late?
Please let us know if you’ll arrive after 2pm, so we can make secure arrangements for you.
Can we cook there?
Yes there is a 2 burner electric cooktop and a small convection microwave oven as well, as a BBQ outside.
